I got a the DCL Chamilia charm (the life preserver one with the DCL logo) for my DW in our last cruise in Feb.
Recently we noticed one of the red stones in the DCL logo (one of the Mickey ears) fell off. Chamilia does have warranty against these types of issues but only thru the retailer you purchased the item - in our case that would be the Disney Wonder.
I contacted Disney Parks Merchandising but they need a copy of my receipt - more importantly, the SKU number, so they can try to locate a replacement and/or a value. I am getting a copy of my folio via DCL, and from there I hope to get a copy of the actual receipt.
So in the mean time, if anyone got one of these recently and still have the receipt handy, if you could get the SKU number for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
We have a DCL cruise planned for Dec '14 definitely, and a tentative one for Dec of this year. But she wants it replaced sooner than then.
