DCL bus from MCO-luggage question

Can we still drop our luggage off to a porter outside by the DCL bus stop location? They used to collect the luggage & take it to port on a separate truck.

You tag the luggage at the airport when checking in to the DCL desk. We dropped it off to the bus driver before getting on the bus (and it was loaded under the bus) the three times we've used the bus. Since they deal with it at the terminal, I don't really care if it goes on our bus or a separate vehicle.

That company went out of business even before WDW stopped the Magical Express. From what I understand they were a victim of covd. They stopped handling luggage in July of 20 for the resort guests.

We were just on the Fantasy back in March of this year and we took Disney transportation from the MCO airport and they took our luggage and put it in a truck (while we took the Disney Bus) and took it to the port and it arrived outside of our room later that day.

Thank you -exactly the info I needed!

Just make sure that you put your Disney luggage tags on them before putting them on the truck (the cast members did have some spare tags if we needed any)

The only luggage that you can take with you on the DCL bus must be the size of Airport carry-on. All else goes on a seperate truck and you will next see it outside your Stateroom.
