DCL Brides - question for you??

Do we, as DCL Brides, get a wedding packet of some sort, and if so, what is included?

I got a folder with all my selections that I had to sign and fax back as a confirmation..it comes in a folder with Spa package prices and 2 luggage tags that say "DFTW"

I never thought to take a picture when I got it

How far in advance did you receive the package?

I got a call from Cathy about 30 days before to confirm my selections and got the packet FedEx'd the next day.

I got an email version of this packet from Cathy when she was still there. I picked out what I wanted and scanned it, then emailed it back to her.

My cruise is still seven months away, so I'm sure I'll still get the official one in the mail when it gets closer.

the email packet is different..the one that comes 30 days before has everything you have picked and you can make changes (this is where I changed my cake colors)

I never got anything of any kind. I got a verbal confirmation that we were on the calender and that was it. It's a bit worrysome...

they don't ask for the packet back until 5 months before the cruise..Cathy sent it to me when I first booked, but I forgot all about it until she sent me a message about the 120 day mark and said "are you sending the packet back?"

I have my original package all ready to go, however it doesn't have to be returned to DFTW until June 20 (about 60 days out)

Cathy sent me the e-mail packet about two days after I gave her the confirmation # for our cruise so she could add the wedding on. It's due back in August which is about 60 days out.

I got the email packet too, and was told to have it back about 60 days prior.

Casi - if you haven't gotten it, maybe it's because you haven't officially decided yet on the DCL wedding?

As far as DCL is concerned we are def booked and on the calender. I double checked with Cathy (the only time I ever talked to her) to make sure we had the date so we could book all of our guests reservations. Then I emailed with all of our res #s.

The only reason I know for sure that we are there is because I randomly called the groups department for WDW and as soon as I mentioned the word wedding they pulled it all up on their computer.

I am pretty sure that DD has hers. Isn't that the paperwork where you have tolist all of the songs you are going to use for First Dance, Father/Daughter and all of that??? If so she has it because she was telling me how they had to list the artist and a few other things about the songs they choose.

We still have to let her know about the Father/Daughter song...LOL But I do believe we are going to go with Stealing Cinderella by Chuck Wicks...Love that song and it seems too perfect.

I thinnk that she said she has to mail it back in June or July???? Does that seem right for a November Wedding??

Cathy asked for mine back in March for a July ceremony, so that seems right.
