DCL booked with points--when do they take em?

I book a DCL cruise the first week of October which involved using some points from 2009, 2010 and 2011. Paid cash for part (transaction completed) and points for the balance. It is now almost three weeks later and the points have not been taken out of my account. This is normal? I want to make sure nothing has gone off track.

Did you receive your written confirmation via snail mail? Are you able to view your reservation on the Disney Cruise website?

You may also call MS and I bet if you ask for your point balances, they are minus the cruise points already. That usually happens immediately.

I booked an Oct 09 cruise a few months ago and the reservation showed up in my DVC vacations section and the points were taken out of my UYs w/in 24hrs I think. I'd call to make sure the reservation went through...
