We are sailing the Fantasy in January and have stop in Tortola and St. Thomas. I am in a wheelchair and looking for excursion options for each port. I cannot use a tender and I prefer not to transfer from my chair if at all possible. We didn't see anything but maybe a city tour in St Thomas, wondering if anyone has any suggestions or 3rd party options?
