DCA Tips for Friday...do or die in a day!

Helping a friend plan her trip this week. She can only spend friday from 8-5 in DCA and trying to get advice on how to see the most in a day

I told her to get there at 7:30 and head straight to the RSR Fastpass and get those. Then see the rest of carland.

Im not sure where carland is located to tell her how to quickly move from one area to the other. I know they have opened up a walk way thru its a bug life to get to tower of terror.

I think she would want to get fast passes for soaring and TOT but I dont know which one first.

If she doesn't get there early enough she may not get a FP with a return time before 5. That's how quickly the FPs have been running out. Even if she gets a FP return time of 4PM, the FP return line has been about an hour recently too, so that would even be pushing it.

I'd recommend skipping FP and just going straight to the ride. The Single Rider line seems to be a good option so far. She could even pick up a FP for Soarin or ToT on the way to RSR.

Carsland has 3 ways to get in. The most popular is the main entrance next to the entrance of A Bug's Land. There's also a path from the Wharf and another from inside Flik's Fun Fair.

I also would recommend riding RSR as soon as possible since you never know when the ride could break down.

Do not miss Aladdin. If they like shows, theatre, and/or Aladdin, it is a MUST see.

Allow time just to take everything in. There is more than just collecting and using FPs.
