If dca opens at 10am and has ee at 9am how early can other ppl get in to stand around on BVS? I know we cant ride rides untill its time, and how early can you run over to wait in line for the fast passes?

No you can't get in and stand around
How would they even know who was allowed and not allowed once inside?

They usually open the gates 30 mins before park open, allowing you to enter BVS (and get into the FP line for RSR, if you'd like) but no access to other areas of the park).

They have been opening BVS 30 mins prior to opening, and the line for FP will form by Carthay Circle. When the park opens, CMs will walk the line beside the Carthay to join the line formed near Bugsland by the EE group.

k thats what i was asking about i know they allow you on bvd and in fp line early just wasnt sure how early
