DCA Planning/Timing Help

I am looking for some feedback on my DCA plan with a non MM 8am opening. It will be myself, wife, and DDs 4 and 2. Our goal is to see the 12:30pm Frozen Show. This will allow us to head back to the room for a solid nap before returning at night. Also, my assumption is that we will get some of the earliest FPs for Soarin and Grizzly, so do you think we can squeeze everything in during the window we can use them (I'm guessing the window to use them will be 8:45am-9:45am)

- Walk right and grab 1 Soarin FP, 2 Grizzly FP
- TSMM
- California Screamin
- Carousel
- Fun Wheel
- Meet Toy Story Characters (skip if necessary)
- Goofy’s Sky School
- Meet Elana of Avalor (skip if necessary)
- Little Mermaid
- Meet Donald (skip if necessary)
- Ride Grizzly With FP+ with DD4
- Ride Soarin alone With FP+ get rider/parent swap dor Wife and DD4 for later
- Eat Lunch (@ Smoke Jumpers Grill or waiting in line for Frozen)
- FROZEN Show 12:30

When are you going? That may determine whether you can get everything done. Right now, you'll probably need to get in line for Frozen around 11:30 to 11:45.

The first FP return times are 40 minutes after park opening.

Elena doesn't meet in DCA any more, so that eliminates one of your things.

How tall are your kids? Soarin' requires 40", Grizzly and Goofy are 42", Screamin' is 48". So you can probably do rider switch with your two-year old for those.

Yes, she's back at DCA now. At the time the question was asked, she'd stopped meeting at DCA and, instead, could be found sometimes at the Princess Hall in Fantasyland.

Yesterday she wasn't on the app at 9:45, yet she popped up on it later showing Aladdin's Oasis 9:45-afternoon (maybe 3:00 was the end time?). I thought it was weird because I'd been looking at exactly 9:45 and she wasn't there at all even though apparently that was the start of her set.

We walked by and saw her meeting people there, and a friend posted a picture with her on Wednesday, so she's definitely back at that spot (or was this week).
