DCA parades

I have a DCA map from December '09 which marks the parade route which looks like it goes between the Pacific Wharf area (close to the Mission Tortilla Factory) and somewhere around Sunshine Plaza (close to ITTBAB). Can anybody tell me which way they go (Pixar Play Parade and Disney's Electrical Parade)? Is this route currently the same? Is there a less crowded area to watch them from?

The Play Parade starts @ Sunshine Plaza & ends by Boudin/Mission Tortilla.
The Electrical Parade usually starts @ Paradise Pier, but w/ the construction, I'm not sure where it's going to start when it comes back.

We saw it last summer during the construction and the Electrical Parade still started from Paradise Pier. They didn't let anyone sit where the walls are because there was barely enough room for the parade to fit through that area. We sat near the walls and it was sort of funny to see the CMs dancing and waving to a wall in order to keep with the original routine.
