DCA EMH - Incredicoaster?

I'm noticing today on the app that the Incredicoaster was not open for EMH (currently 8:46am -- EMH started at 8am and it still shows as being down). Is this normal for the Incredicoaster lately? I am trying to strategize our EMH time and am thinking we should hit Guardians first if Incredicoaster is typically down. I should have started tracking this earlier, but morning hours are usually hard with work and all. If anyone could provide some insight on their experiences I'd appreciate it!

It is normally open. It has it's mornings of not being up when the park opens just like any of the rides. But I don't think it is often enough to plan on going to it if you want to.
