I'm trying to come up with my early entry plan for DCA, it's not that early... 9am.... things I would like to do Sorian, TSMM, Monsters inc, RSR, maybe California screaming. There are other things we plan to do but these are the priorities.

I don't need to do these all in the early morning but I want to make sure we go on all of these however DD is not tall enough for Sorian, RSR or California screaming, we could do single rider or FP... We may skip California screaming all together...

Anyone have a good game plan to make sure we fit these all in? Am I missing any must does in DCA?

Eta 3 people just me DH and DD (2).

Start your day by heading back to TSMM. Since DD can ride that and it has no FP option so the line will get long and stay consistent all day. Then ride Screamin, it should be a walk-on at this point in the morning. One person can ride the carousel with DD at the same time. Then take the long walk back to the front of the park and do Soarin. This will potentially be about the time that the park opens for regular entry at which time you can grab fast passes for RSR.

How many people are in your group? How many have tickets? (For FP/ rider swap planning)

TSMM, if open, first is the best choice. Single rider lines for Screamin and RSR are usually pretty short until the afternoon/evening.

Thank you!

Just 3 of us, me DH and DD (2). I doubt DH will ride screaming so we may just skip it.....

Monster's and Screamin' are easy to get on at any time during the day. Monster's is not in a prime location, so the lines are generally short. When they had Olaf and the Frozen Sing Along, etc. back there the lines got long, but now it's back to normal. Screamin' (a great, fun coaster) has FP and Single Rider options that make riding it fairly easy. It is next to the carousel as someone mentioned, which you can typically ride over and over (just get right back in line) if your DD wants to.

I'd say go straight to Toy Story. If you like it then ride it twice. Then go to Soarin' and finally get FP for RSR right after park opening. Also, I haven't been since Luigi's opened, but if that is important to you it may be a good one to try during EMH too as it is slow loading. Your DD should be able to ride that as the height requirement is only 32".

Oh and we LOVE Mater's. It was my DS favorite ride at two.

I've never had the privilege of early entry (yet - I will in September), but I've heard Screamin' is often walk-on. If your DH doesn't want to ride, it would be super quick and convenient for you to jump on Screamin' alone after TSMM. Sure, there's single-rider and FP available later in the day, but even that will have a short wait. If you're the only one riding you might as well knock it out quickly so your DD and DH only have to wait a few minutes for you - in fact they could even leisurely walk to the next attraction and you can catch up to them on the way. The only inconvenience would be if you're planning to head to Soarin' after TSMM in which case I think Screamin' is a little out of your way.
