Has anyone does the Trainer for a Day package at Discovery Cove? I would love to do it but I have some reservations. The site says you need to be in good shape but what exactly does that mean... be able to swim for an extended length of time? Climb up and down stairs repeatedly? I'm lost.
If anyone has done it, what kind of things do you do? How is the double foot push? It sounds exciting, but also a little nerve wracking.
