We'd really like to go to DC in mid Sept. But I hear they are getting more stringent on changing a date within 24 hrs, which concerns me given that last time, our original day ended up w/heavy rains no one predicted until late the night before. Last time, they let us change the day that same morning.
Quick showers don't bother me, but it's a ton of money to spend if it's raining the entire day.
Do you think a Sun or Mon in mid Sept would sell out? Could I risk waiting until day before to buy or is that crazy?
