With all the cutbacks on benefits, can anyone tell me if they still offer discounts on lunch at Epcot?

The 10% lunch discount for EPCOT's table service restaurants was a benefit of owning an AP/PAP (not the DC). The discount is still in effect. Here's a link to details and other 2002 AP benefits:
