Is it? I know it's not as crowded as Disney because they only let a certain amount of guests in. But is it significantly more crowded on Saturday than during the week?

DC is not like any other theme park. The number of people allowed in is always the same. Unless they changed it recently 1,050 is the max.
You cannot just show up at the park on the day you want to go. You have to reserve your spot by buying tickets in advance.

I think the poster realizes this. I think what he/she is asking is if it is a lot more crowded on the weekends than during the week. For instance...do say 500 people usually go on a weekday and then on the weekend it fills to capacity?

In looking at the ressies online...I looked for next week and spots are still open, so it doesn't appear to ever sell out completely.

I think they are saying that generally every day sells out, and therefore, no Saturdays are no busy than any other day of the week.

I personally think that maybe during the off season, perhaps the weekdays will be a little less crowded than weekends. Generally, in the off season they offer some really good Florida Resident's Discounts then to try and get people to come when they are slow, and locals will be more likely to go on Saturday or Sundays. So perhaps then, yes when they are not selling out, they might be less busy.

Either way, the way Discovery Cove was designed, was so guests wouldn't be worried about crowd levels, because it's never going to be very crowded.

Yes, thank you!

Well it obviously doesn't sell out because if I wanted to go tomorrow there is availability. Along with every single day after that  Not one sold out date on their calendar, and I can't imagine people wait until the day before to book (unless they are like me LOL)

I'm still interested in the answer to this if someone has been both during the week AND on a weekend, and how it compares :)

I know this doesn't answer the OP's question, but when we went last August, it was sold out (as were many of the days that month.) This was on a Friday. I don't have anything to compare it too, but we never felt like it was too crowded and didn't have to wait in long lines or anything.
