We have not done either yet, but get off the Disney Dream on Friday Sept 29 and would like to do aquatica and DC between the 29th and Oct 1.
Our choices are:
1. Go right from the ship to aquatica and spend the day there ( would get there around 10 am and leave around 3 pm as we will be going to animal kingdom this night) and then DC on saturday
2. Do DC on saturday, and aquatica on sunday ( go from 10-3 and do the Mickey's Halloween party that night)
3. Stay an extra day, get off the boat friday and relax, then saturday DC, sunday resort day and MNSSHP and aquatica Monday.
I know ideally we would avoid aquatica on the weekend, but if we can't end up staying the extra day, would it be better to just go right from the ship on friday, or go on the sunday? We will be renting a cabana.
Alternately, could just do blizzard beach as we know it well... but was hoping to do something a bit different.
