Daytona race is on now. A repeat??

I'm seeing the Daytona race on tv now, it;s almost 1 am here on the east coast. It this a repeat or is this the live race?

It is live. There were rain delays with a start time of 7pm. A lot of cars wrecked 1 1/2 laps in and then a car/truck explosion with 40 laps to go that took forever to clean up. Amazingly, even with an explosion of 200 lbs. of jet fuel, both drivers are fine.

Live race. It was delayed because of rain till 7pm EST tonight. A little past half way tonight, a car hit one of the track dryer trucks and cause a major fire. Lots of clean up after a major fire.

That was something for sure. DH had to call us into the room and show us the explosion. Wow!
