Save the dates! Saturday, June 30th and Sunday, July 1st 2012 are the dates for Dayton Disneyana 2012. Hosted by the Dayton "Plane Crazy" Chapter of the Disneyana Fan Club.... DAYTON Disneyana, is a Show & Sale of Disneyana Collectibles + Disney Pin Trading Event.
Come meet our very, very special Disney Guests!
Each afternoon, our guests will be available for photos and autographs (may be a small charge. It is up to our guests). A special treat will be presentations by our guests in the afternoon each day.
Join Disney fans from across the Midwest at this fun-filled weekend! At the event, you will find a large collection of Disneyana, both vintage and contemporary for sale, such as: Walt Disney Classic Collection sculptures, Disney pins, Disney comic books, lithos, figurines, ornaments, toys, cels, books, videos, prints, Imagineering and Castmember items and more. Pin trading games, door prizes, raffles. Also, we will be holding silent auctions throughout the event weekend.
PIN OR VINYLMATION TRADER? Well, we haven't forgotten about you either. We have a space set up for your pin trading requirements for Friday night, Saturday night and also open all day when the event doors are open during the weekend.
Do you really like a certain character? ...I mean REALLY, REALLY like one! Then come in costume on Saturday. We will have our Disney Guests judge everyone at 4:00pm. We would like those in costume to show up a few hours earlier, so all us Disney fans can see your take, on that very special character that you love.
Coming off the success of the special ticketed event we had this past year, which was a group dinner with our special guests, we will once again have this fun gathering Friday night, June 29th at 7pm. Seating is limited, so please register early!
