Days Remaining On Tickets??

I have some old park hopper tickets but don't know how many days are left, is it possible to call Disney with the serial # to find out???

I remember in the past being able to call Disney, and they asked for the numbers on the back of the passes, and then they would tell me how many days were left.
Recently, however, I called and they told me they couldn't do it. After a little discussion over past experience they still denied me. I called back the next day and got the same story, and was told that they were having problems with people selling extra days on their passes on ebay.
So, to answer your question, no you cannot call, and you can find out by going to a ticket center at one of the parks and they will swipe your pass and tell you how many days are left.
Oh, and a good idea to write how many days you used on the back of the pass, or the little folder it came in...just to keep track.

You can check at the Main desk of your hotel if you are staying onsite. Other wise, you can go to Guest Services at any park or DTD. We hit Guest Services at EPCOT by arriving close to closing time and tell the guard at the parking lot booth that we aren't going into the park, just the Guest Services. They never made us pay the fee, and the Guest Services window is near where the tram drops you off.

Tickets may not be read over the phone. It is a security issue put in place for the guest. They must be read when you arrive on property, and may be read at any Guest Relations at the parks or Downtown Disney, or at the front desk of your resort. Resorts not located on Disney property will not be able to read your tickets for you. You will need your tickets, your picture ID and you will need to know where you purchased the tickets and the last time you used them.
