Days out travelling from disney (no car)

Hi,

Going (for the 1st time) in 29 days

im now thinking I would like to go on a few days out of Disney, namely busch gardens, gatorland and kennedy space center.

does anyone know the best way to travel to these places and how long it takes/how much taxi or coach fare is? thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure you can buy a 'trip' to Kennedy Space Centre from the tourist area in Orlando and probably to Busch gardens too. Gator land is near the airport so not too bad in a cab.

Have you purchased you Busch Gardens ticket yet? If you have you can book free transfers from SeaWorld and other locations. Look at the bottom of this link

Gatorland I would just get a taxi from Mears Transport (they may do a cheaper shared mini bus as well)

We have always used Mears transportation to take us anywhere off Disney property and gotten our own tickets, sometimes were able to find at a discount.

thanks all for replies. not sure that mears shuttle is for us as we will not be doing 2 parks in one day, seaworld and busch gardens will be seperate trips.

maybe i should have specified i am staying within disney at the pop century resort.

that tour looks good id love to do an airboat ride. i dont know if anyone has seen only fools and horses miami twice but want to do something like that!

you don't have to do two parks in one day, infact you couldn't. You just need to have booked a ticket for Busch and you can pick the shuttle up at SeaWorld and other locations. You could prob also use Greyline/Gator tours for Busch.

Pick up point for KSC tour from Pop Century is at Downtown Disney or the All Star resort. Its a good tour with them and you get quite a lot of time there.

You can get the Lynx Bus from WDW to Sea World and pick up the Busch Gardens shuttle there.
