I know that CPs have a difficult time getting a day off here and there, but if I get a Professional Internship, how easy would it be to get a Friday off for my sister's wedding?

Unlike Disney College Program Participants, most Disney Professional Internships Participants generally work a set schedule. You would need to discuss any requests for time off with your Leader or the Workforce Management office, depending on your position.

... as a CP I NEVER had trouble getting a day off haha... once I asked my manager for a day off for absolutely no reason... she gave me 4 ... i had more trouble finding hours to work than getting day off requests haha as for the professional internship i have no idea but im sure its more difficult because there arent as many PI's to throw around in each role when someone is absent.

The PI is in essence no different...all you got to do was request in time...oh and about the schedule...i had a consistent schedule where as my old roommate who did a PI did not...so that generalization is not true.
