Hello! Looking for days off ideas. We will have three days off from the parks. We will be staying at CBR. We do plan on having resort time and Disney Springs time. Also, thinking about the mini golf course in the Swan & Dolphin area, so what’s the best way to get there from CBR?

Uber to mini golf is your best best. From Epcot or HS via skyliner to mini golf would be about a 25 minute walk but it can be done.

As far as your rest day enjoy sleeping in and not having to rush!

So my only concern with Uber is that we won’t be bringing a car seat for my 2 year old

You can request a ride share with a car seat but it does cost extra.

From CBR, I would take the Skyliner to EP. From there, it is a .8 mile walk to Fantasia mini golf, so 15 - 20 minutes or so.

We enjoyed catching the bus or skyliner to the parks and then hoping on the bus to other resorts to explore and have lunch.

You could try horseback riding, archery experience, or kayak / bike rentals at Fort Wilderness.

I believe only Fantasia is open currently. At that location Fantasia Gardens is the easier, more whimsical course. Fairways is quite difficult but is probably fun if you are an experienced golfer. If WinterSummerland opens, that is the one I would choose. I prefer the Winter course, but they are both really fun.

Bowling and/or movie at Disney Springs is an option. Also resort hopping is fun if you like to see the different resorts.
