You've said it so well. I have to say when John was having that dream kissing Marlena, I wanted to puke. He's so dirty looking how could she kiss him, I know I couldn't.

Too funny I was actually thinking the same thing.

I wonder how Drake Hogestyn (sp?) feels about how he looks, and the fact that Kate is falling for John looking that way is so ridiculous

I really hope Jack doesn't end up in the castle, but unfortunately it looks that way.

I have been watching Days for sooo many year and for the first time I am actually sick of all the story lines....

The "lost' people need to come back home.
Shawn needs to get his memory back.
Billie needs to get a life- somewhere far away from Salem.
Bo needs to get a clue....


On a side note - if anyone has been swatching as long as me - doe anyone remember that Mindy (I think ) Clarke - John Clarke's (aka former Mickey Horton) daughter used to be on the show - is she the same person that is Marissa's mom on the O.C.????

I heard at work today that DOOL is in trouble in the ratings ( put away your shocked face LOL)
They are going to "reWork" the show this summer . I am afraid of that because the last time we got "reWorked" half of Salam was killed

I have watched DOOL since the first day it was aired on television. What has happened to this show in the past year and a half is a travesty! It is so unbelievable, I can't bear to watch it any more. I LOVE Bo and Hope, but it looks like they are on the ropes too. Marlena and Roman would be alright with me, but quit teasing us with Jack and Jennifer. I watched the show for 10 minutes one day this week. I couldn't stand it, and turned it off. I have probably only watched about an hour total in the past 2 weeks. If they are worried about their ratings, they should get rid of the stupid writers they have right now!

I feel like the show has not move one storyline forward in the past year. Enough with the Tony and his plot, enough with Billie and Bo. Somebody send Jan on a LONNNNNGGGGGG vacation. The only one I'm semi enjoying these days is Sami being played by a man and even that I think they could do better.

If this happens, I might actually tune back in.

For many years, I revolved my day around being able to watch DOOL. It was a bit of "me" time that I really enjoyed. Lately, I don't even bother to turn it on or read any of the spoilers. It's the same old, same old thing day after day (or one LONG day as has been the case so many times ).

A rework could only be good news (I hope).

What got me today when I was watching it tonight on Soap Net is that all the replays from previous shows. Enough already of showing the same stuff over and over. I'm sure almost 20 minutes of each show is a rerun and go over from a previous show.

I've taken to mostly fast-forwarding thru the episode any more. The only story that I find myself taking an interest in now is the possible romance between Billie and Patrick. I never thought much of him, but lately he's been getting a little more of my attention.... I'd like to see him get into a romantic relationship - especially if he still has some bad boy in him!!

I don't watch DOOL much anymore, but I like to keep up with what's going on & I thought you guys would find this interesting. Kristen Storms (the real Belle) is going to General Hospital (yipee! for me). The interesting part is that I read that she contacted Days about wanting to return & they said "thanks, but no thanks". I loved her as Belle & can't wait for her to start on GH.

As much as I liked Kristen as Belle, I am glad that they told her no thanks. She choose to leave the show, it is not their fault that the show was cancelled.

I can't believe that I haven't been getting updates on this thread, how did that happen??

I'm glad too that Kirsten Storms is not coming back. I think this new Belle is doing a good job.

It will be interesting to see how they "rework" the show, because as many of you have said, this show has been going no where for a long time.
The only storyline I've been enjoying is the "Sami/Stan" one. The actor has really nailed Alison Sweeny's facial expressions and mannerisms, it's been really fun to watch. The scene between him and Will was really touching. It really made you feel that was Sami looking at her son and wantedto hug him, but couldn't.

I am confussed isn't Kristen and Tony related? I though Kristen was Stefeno's father. And I know he is Tony's. So what gives there?

Peter and Kristen were adopted by Stefano, they weren't his biological children. (Still kinda weird being with Tony though, if you ask me!)
