So exactly why is Stephanie still in the hospital? She doesn't appear to require hospitalization any longer. I'm also ready for the lameness that is sure to come with John and Marlena flying to Canada for the antidote.

You know what else bugs me? The fact that everyone and Salem just pops over and can watch Steve and Kayla through the window like they are some sort of zoo attraction.

I am guessing Phillip why not just bring another one in so we can hate him too . If that is Phillip they better not give him a leg or something.

A mystery ...we needed that though. Finally something to wonder who that is and why the bandages. This person is sitting in a wheel chair in this secret room of Victor's and all Victor says to Claire is this is our little secret.

Yeah it is funny to see all these people talk and look though the window. I still say the Benji thing was weird too.

And of course Marlena is missing now...they may find her by Christmas But then they won't cure Kayla. I am not sure why Marlena fell or jumped from the plane.

And Hope finally told Patrick that she was letting Bo move back in. We are going in the right direction.

No I don't think that Victor is a pedophile.... But he is behind this mystery.

I am glad that I could catch yesterdays show because they weren't on todays show at all. It was just Chelsea/Billie , Patrick/Hope and of course Steve and Kayla. The very end was Marlena lying in snow with some one over her. This story is a hoot because they were going to Ottawa ( our capital) and it has snow We have no snow people......

I read somewhere, that it is indeed Phillip behind the bandages. He had gone back to war with the Marines. (With one leg??) He was burned badly and they had to do a lot of plastic surgery. That will explain the new Phillip. Don't know why this is such a big secret though.

They do have amputees serving--remember the movie based on the true story with Cuba Gooding, JR. He lost his leg--but still served after proving himself as a diver.

Don't know about in war zones though--but wouldn't Miss Belle know something?

missed him for a very long time, hopefully the show will have some excitement and intrique now; NO Victor is no pedophile for sure, they would never do such a thing ever never, right??? I am so tired of Stephanie every minute telling Steve they have to be a family again I have read on other sites also that the bandaged person is Philip with the same info as already posted. I wish Stefano would return, that is JM as Stefano, no-one else - then that would really bring intrique and mystery back to the show The new Shawn and Willow have just got to go, somewhere anywhere soon. But I also read Willow has been put on contract for a couple of years??? So that does that mean!!??? And I just love Nick, he is the cutest nerd ever, the actor playing him is terrific, I'll be he turns into a real fan favorite. I hope when they finally get Kayla better that they dress her better more appropriate for her age, they have been dressing her like an old lady and she is too beautiful for that.

Nick is Marie Horton's grandson. Therefore greatgrandson of Alice Horton. He is hanging out with cousin Abby. They have made him look really nerdy. Think Andy Dick. He likes Chelsea and has stood up for her once already.

But...the scene with Benji and Steve- awesome. Steve remembering that Christmas was great! Anyone else ready to see Belle knock the white chick prostitute for a good one? Philip's character has been recast, so they are explaining a totally different person as Philip by using the old "horribly burned and/or disfigured and voila! new face through plastic surgery and/or face transplant ".

Also, if Philip was wounded in Iraq, how is he back so soon? That was a QUICK deployment- he's only been gone from Salem for a month at most. I mean, gee! It must have taken a little time at least to recover from major reconstructive surgery, right? He must have left immediately for the war, gotten hurt the very first day, and recovered really fast to be back in Salem in a month!
