I missed that part. I know I fast forward through a lot of it, but you would think Abe getting a cornea transplant would be a big storyline, how is it just a short scene What's going on with this show

Right now, any SLs that don't feature Belle, Shawn, Hope, Bo, or Marlena just don't matter. What with the dropped SLs, the too-sllow arcs (I think it's been NYE and NY day for a month now ), and the awful casting (Chelsea- girl can't act!!), I am ready to give DAYS a break for a while.

How many laughed their tails off as Days was closing yesterday? I loved it when Chelsea knew she was being charged for Zack's murder and the scales of justice were emphasized over her!

I completely agree! My husband still asks me if Billie is still hanging from a cliff (anyone remember that storyline that lasted forever?) But no matter how bad it gets, I can't seem to stop watching!!

As I was laying in bed last night trying to sleep but being kept awake by my dog's snoring, I started to think of how Days could really shake things up. I was pairing up people in my mind and I think that these couples might really make things interesting. What do you think??? (please keep in mind that I am just having fun with this. )

Keep Mrs. Horton single.

Keep the couples of:

Grandpa Shawn and Caroline
Doug and Julie
Mickey and Maggie
Shawn and Mimi (I really like them as a couple)

Former couples back together:

John and Kate (I'm so over John and Marlena)
Sami and Lucas (destined for each other)
Lexie and Tek (I just want to see him more! )

To shake things up:
Victor and Bonnie (she could lighten him up)
Belle and Austin (she needs someone more mature)
Carrie and Patrick
Jennifer and Bo
Billie and Jack (when he comes back from the dead)
Abby and Max
Hope and Roman
Marlena and Abe
Lois and Alex (off to the asylum for both of them!)

Future Couple:
Claire and Theo
Jack Jr. and the next baby girl born

This leaves Will, Chelsea and Phillip alone and expendable and related to each other! (not that it stops Chelsea!)

That was a fun way to pass the time!

Belle and Austin... it is the only sister he hasn't been with.

Anyone see Tek and Lexi hiding in the bathroom when Abe got wheeled in. So he must have gotten his transplant.

I read a spoiler for tomorrow show and it is Zachs funeral. One of the people that post the next day story said to get out a towel, a kleenix will not be enough.

I don't know how Kate can say her story lines without protesting. She was pushing Billie to go after Bo again today so Bilie, Bo & Chelsea can be a family. And if Days put Billie and Bo together because Hope kicks him out-I'll scream. Bo and Billie do not belong together. I though Billie and Patrick had great chemistry-but God forbid anyone have any decent chemistry with anyone.

I vote still for Sami and Lucas, but Lucas's hatred for Sami will just keep getting uglier which will make us all forget about their chemistry together.

Abe got his corneas for the transplant from Zack so that must have been the whole reason for the surgery in the first place....to push organ donations!?

So I fast forwarded todays episode, the characters today didn't interest me, but the end...Nicole and Roman, WHAT? I missed something right? Also anyone else ready to smack Kate. I was waiting for her final expression to be a grin as Bo was with Billie and their daughter. I hope that Hope smacks a few people, spice up the show.

BTW, did you notice that Days didn't get nominated for any daytime emmies? Wonder why? Oh ya their storylines have really blown lately.

I loved the new character "Larry Tate", hey wait a minute wasn't he on Bewitched?

I also loved that the prosecuter told Chelsea that they had a witness who saw her pull out her cell phone before she hit Zack. Are you kidding me, my husband could drive by me at night in his car and I wouldn't know it was him.

Well today was definitely a tear jerker. At work and trying hard not to cry because even though I know it's a soap it is very well acted.

And I'm sorry but please someone kick Kate in the butt.

I'm sure Jack will be on again soon since Jenn and Frankie shared a kiss. I wonder why they didn't mention Abe getting Zack's corneas during the funeral when they mentioned Zack saving Claire's life.
