Well, Marlena actually did it, she actually killed Alice. I'm just glad they didn't show it. Some of the murders they showed were pretty graphic. The fact that this story line is suppose to carry into Dec. leads me to believe Sami will convince everyone that John is the killer and he'll end up being put on death row and maybe then Marlena will finally breakdown and admit she was the killer.
What do you guys think will happen?

I think they are going to lose watchers if they carry this out until December.

I watch it maybe once a week and that is just to find out who she killed off......Why is it ALWAYS Marlana anyway???

When she was possessed last time it dragged on and on too

oh well I think it may be time to find a new story line

They seemed to hint that she was possessed AGAIN. Could that be it? A "second" possession? She definitely seems a bit sinister!

Well I thought some of her lines today were hilarious. Like after she was eating the donut in the car and said "Damn, I should have asked for the recipe!"

I really don't think she's possessed again. I also don't think she killed all the victims. I think for some reason Tony and Stefano did something to plant the memories of the murders in her head. But things went terribly wrong when Marlena started really believing she was the killer and actually killed Tony to keep her "secret". So I think Tony was the first person she actually killed.

I don't really want it going all the way to Dec. either, but I already know what's going to happen. Sami is going to tell everyone...wait. This is going to include a spoiler so just look away if you don't want to know. I think Sami is going to tell everyone that she saw John throw Marlena off the balcony (apparently she confesses to John and they argue and she ends up falling off the balcony.) Then once John starts talking about Marlena being the serial killer they'll think that John is under Stefano's control again or something and framed Marlena for the killings. So until Dec. everyone will think that John is the actual killer.

I read "The Early Edition" each day so we will know what is going to happen on the show the next day.

Personally, I'm just disappointed that Jan was not successful in taking out Belle.

I think they are going to have Marlena wake up and realize it was all a big, long nightmare. She has killed too many of the characters. I watch every Friday on my day off from work to catch up.

I am still going with the theory that Sami is in the Basic Black basement playing the virtual reality game Sims.

Laney who writes the Early Edition that gets posted on Dustin's web page soapoperafan, how Alice Died, was the last straw for her. She couldn't believe what they did to Alice.

I was pretty amused by the way they killed Alice. Frances Reid said in Soap Opera Digest that she thought it was hilarious! And that she didn't want any blood. I did read tomorrow's summary and noticed that the girl who wrote it she wouldn't forgive them for killing Alice that way and "neither would thousands of Days fans"...well I appreciate a little gallows humor in the middle of a serial killer story. Would I think it was funny if it was my own grandma, god rest them? No, but these are fictional characters, not real people. Sometimes people have to step back and realize that.
BTW did you see on that site there will be a new Jan starting after Easter? It didn't say why they replaced the old Jan, just that she was going and they have hired a new one.
I would just like one episde with a "no whining" rule--which means Belle and Sami can't be on!

Yeah, I read that about Jan and got so mad. Nobody wants her on the show and she's a waste of money in my opinion. I mean, if they were getting rid of all these well loved characters because of budget cuts, then why are they wasting their money recasting a character instead of just writing them out? In my opinion, her, Mimi, Rex and Philip can go bye-bye. I think even Brady might need to go bye-bye since he's not involved in any storylines. He can go off and be with Chloe. It just makes me mad that JERk went with the characters that have been on the show for years and that we have come to know and love and didn't go with the teens. I mean, how hard would it have been to write a storyline about them all going off to college?

Ohh how about the scene when John ducked the bullett in a "matrix" like way and then popped back up. THat was so stupid.

On the other hand I thought Sammi did some great acting.

I can't believe I missed it today it sounds like it was one of the better episodes(sp) lately. Is ALice really dead??? Please tell me it isn't so. Thats it I think I am done with the show I have been watching since (dare I say it) 1982 and have grown to love everyone who is dead now. I think I will have to focus on Guiding light now. OK done ranting now, I may have to watch it tomorrow. What time does it air on soapnet???

So if it's been a while since you've seen it, you can get caught up really good. They offer a 14 day free trial. I use it all the time so I don't have to worry about recording it. I thought the John scene dodging the bullet was so STUPID!!! Come on!!!

I really am not sure how this storyline is going to unfold. I have read a lot of theories, some make since...but I will just wait & see what happens!

Marlena can sure give me chills with her portraying of evil. Maybe she should have been a villanes a long time ago. She plays the part well.

I just hope it's not a let down. I'm hoping there is some good reason for all of this -- a twist no one has thought of. I just hope it's been worth it -- I'm not so sure with all the characters who have been killed off though.

What I really don't understand is why everyone who has figured out who the killer is thinks that, even though so many people were killed off before them, they will be able to stop her all by themselves!

I don't know about any of you BUT if there was a known killer standing outside my backdoor, I think I would call 911 a heck of a lot quicker than I would call her husband!! Even after Alice called John, he should of had enough sense to call the police instead of trying to get his fanny there. In the VERY least, after he smashed into Sammy's car, he has to try to get his car running instead of calling! HELLO!! Let's not use our brains!

AND does ANYONE is that town EVER get any sleep!!??
