Do y'all think Mia will still have a scene saying goodbye to Chad? Seems weird that they wouldn't include a goodbye scene with Mia and Chad, when supposedly they just got back together as a couple!

Mad4Mickey long time no see. Actually you were the one that got it all started. I was a lurker for a long time then just had to post on your thread. The rest is history. Come around more often.

And you forgot they can take Stephanie away too! It sure seems like we are seeing the same thing over and over. Must make it easy for them to remember there lines.

Off to watch Alice's funeral. I'm sure it is going to be a tear jerker. Got my kleenex ready.

Wish they would have had the whole show just on Alice and more flashbacks.

Today everyone is starting to leave but we still get a few flashbacks.

I forgot how skinny Kim is. Almost too skinny and is all neck.

I couldn't remember who Carrie left town with years ago. I thought it was Mike but when they had their scenes the other day he acted like he hadn't seen her in years. So did she leave with Austin?

I wish they would bring Kayla back for longer, she's always been my favorite. But I heard she already has a role landed on another show.

It will be interesting to see Shane and Kim together again, even if it's short.

It was Austin but I wish she would have picked Mike. I like the two of them together. But of course they had to put the Austin and Carrie back together , then they left together. Austin is a wimp.....almost like Natan is now.

Because of a presidential talk several weeks ago, DOOL airdates are off by a day. This week seemed a bit disjointed IMO. I sure hope nothing was changed because of the televised Obama talk.

We never did see how Shane & Rafe managed to escape (or else I blinked & missed it). I remember seeing them working on an escape then the next time they were on-air, they were in the plane flying back to Salem.

Yup, sick of the Brady/Nicole/Arianna triangle & also sick of Phillip/Chloe & their secret. Geeze; the writers need a bunch of new ideas. Hope Chloe loses the baby & leaves town...

I, too, had forgotten how thin Patsy Pease (Kim) is; actually, Kristian Alfonso (Hope) is also far too thin. Both ladies were much prettier with a few more pounds on them.

Alice's funeral week was a good send-off for the character but I would have loved many more flashbacks & more characters to return. The writers waited this long, it's too bad they didn't wait a bit longer so some other fan faves could have been written in. Taping could occur when the actor was available & then run the story when everyone's finished with their scenes. It was definitely dumb for Bryan to be put on the back burner so the actor left (at least, that's how I thought it happened). There's lots of story possibilities for him with Maggie & even Sami.

Oh well, I'm sure we fans aren't listened to & the producers will do as they please.

Oh, forgot to mention Nathan; I'm OK with the character, but the actor, well, not so much. Get rid of Stephanie since Kayla & Steve are gone & figure out something else for Nathan.

They took Shane out of the cell to go who knows where. Another guard came in and said he was there from the FBI to free him. Rafe said he needed to save Shane too and turned towards the cell doors. Then the guard tried to choke Rafe ( Stephano's orders to kill him) the Shane came back with the real guard and Shane and Rafe hit him and escaped. Shane went one way Rafe another but they ended up on the same plane. Can't remember if Shane even went to see Anna. .....it was so long ago.

Edit...I don't mind Natan when he first came on but they made him so dumb. Stephanie is not that good of an actress.

The funeral scene was very tastefully done. I wish they hadn't killed Mickey off so quick, I would have loved to see the orignal Mickey being there.

Really? I thought he looked the same, just older The two people that I didn't remember were Bill & Marie. I mean I knew Bill was Jennifer's dad, but I don't remember ever seeing him and I didn't know Marie. Maybe it was before my time. I did remember Laura though. I thought Kim looked horrendous. First, that red hair was too much. And I know her hair was "up" yesterday but it looked hidieous.
