B&S is the biggest downfall of DOOL.

Glad Kate turned in Vivian even if she is going to help Phillip take over the company.
Speaking of Phillip he seems like he's on drugs. I don't recall him acting quite this nutty in the past other than when he was jealous of Brady.

And yeah let's turn our back on Vivian and take a phone call????

Sophia is an oddball that I don't think Tate needs to "try" having a relationship with.

At this point I'm sitting here praying that continuing to watch will pay off for Doug's death and John's disappearance and Sami's return.

BTW EJ has done much worse than fathering Johnny and Sami has certainly done her fair share of terrible things too but they have loved each other on and off throughout so for this to be Johnny's big storyline seems dumb.

So today was their 59 th Anniversary of Days.

Nice to see Belle and Paul back. Weird to have Kristen there. Not needed. Brady still found out about her blackmail.

Why did Andrew come tell Marlena about John and then have John call…lol Lovely gift he got her so I guess that is why. Plot driven so Paul could propose. The ring was sitting on the desk and not even in his pocket.

I read somewhere that John knew what was going to happen to his character and approved. This was taped 9 months ago I think it said. So I hope they don’t ruin this. I think Doug’s death on the show is coming up too.

Saw some of the Day of Days stuff too. Gwen is coming back!

I hate Gwen so not happy that she's coming back.
I wish the actress that played Theresa would have come back when the character came back.

Today felt so disjointed but I guess they were just trying to get as many people air time as they could???

IDK if that was filmed 9 months ago... I thought I saw that he was last on set in June and that aired in September.
I'm guessing June was when they realized that even if he got treatment and was able to have a longer life that they would need to come up with a storyline for his exit so he did probably know the direction they were headed but again I don't really believe it was actually filmed that long ago.

Also even though I don't think they kept up their end of the deal didn't they promise fans after I think it was the Stefan death several years ago that they wouldn't film that far in advance because then they could at least turn things around if they saw fans hated something.

His last scene was taped in Feb aired in Sept. he died in Sept so that was 7 months we are in Nov now so that is 2 more months.

I believe they said he was still alive when they taped this one.

So Jada gets to stay and Rafe quits . I’m with Roman take Paulina to court.

How did Paulina get to have a say in this everything. Her and EJ can go away.

I’m confused with Tate. Holly wanted to sleep with him at the cabin and he was no way . But he keeps jumping in bed with Sophia. I can see where this is going. He will get back with Holly , bring on pregnant Sophia. That is my guess.

I really don’t care about Chad and Cat or Abby .

I’m waiting to see Doug’s funeral and tribute. Not the rest of this mess.

Can’t believe they got renewed again .

To much Chad and Cat today. Why is Julie just talking to Chad about Cat being there now.

Was nice to see Jack and Jenifer back and her slap Cat again. Why Jack was carrying a rolling suit case with the handle up….place when they were talking to Cat and Chad I kept looking at the back window with the gap …lol

Weird that just Eli went to see Julie then he said they would come back that night. Paula telling them to come back and work at the police station. When did she get to hire everyone. She said the kids would be in pre school next year and Lani said the kids like their school and she is going to work there .

Just like Rafe was cooking , Gabi said she left Rafe a sink full of dishes. Where did everyone go. JJ came got her for this Chad scheme with Cat. So confusing.

Then they have Doug die on Thanksgiving. How sad. Not sure why we had to see Jack up there with him since most people know it really wasn’t him. he could have just came down and said the same thing.

Was absolutely bawling my eyes out today as each person was told more just because you know its real emotion we saw coming through.
Really hope we get to hear Doug singing "Always" at some point during this.

I feel like Eli has forgotten how to act or something. He's so stiff and awkward...

No fast forwarding today. It was sad and felt that. Not sure why Paulina came at the end and not Abe. Guess they wanted all woman there for Julie.

I would have had Julie run and check for herself that he was gone. I thought it took to long for her to go up. Must have been strange for her saying things to who was ever playing Doug. I know it was a plot line to have Kayla know but it was weird to me.

Plus I know an ambulance doesn’t come the corner does, no need for ambulance at this point. My dad died in his sleep at home so this hits home for me.

Can’t wait to see all the actors they are bringing back for Doug’s funeral.

When I see Julie’s brother I remember him from Another World.

The actors were really emotional . Loved that they sang Always too . Strange Hope wasn’t there. Same as no Chad since Doug was a big part of his kids life living in the same house.

Not sure if I believe the brother didn’t steal that necklace, is he staying around I wonder? Who else could it be the new young Doug who looks like a young E.J….lol How would anyone else know it was there.

I haven’t watched Days in probably 30 years, but I tuned in for Doug’s funeral.
It was nice to see some old, familiar faces.

I don't know any of these older characters. But I agree it's completely crazy that Hope, Chad and JJ weren't there. Its not like this was a surprise and they didn't have months to write these stories. Hope wouldn't come home to bury her dad?? Bo sure isn't going anywhere.
