I read today that 7 of the dead character have been rehired!! Abe, Roman, Caroline, Alice, Jack, Maggie, and Doug will be back and they will not be ghost. I'm not sure how they are going to write the storyline but they are said to returning in May! I read that it may have something to do with the pin prick that Marlena had. I haven't read anything about Cassie or Victor returning. Well what does everyone think??

Isn't Jack on another soap, now? I figured that's why they didn't (couldn't) use his picture on the cards that Celeste was flipping over in her quest to determine who would be the next victim - while all the other cards bore the actual picture of the victim... did anybody else notice that?

2) I hope it's not a dream--DH has been saying that all along and if he's right I'll never hear the end of it. Plus didn't the writer say it wasn't a dream?
3) I must have missed the pin prick, what was that? I keep picturing Sleeping Beauty at the spinning wheel.

the pin prick was a while back...when stefano "died" he left some oddball things to some of the people in salem. marlena got some pillow that said something about sleeping or something...anyway, there was a tiny pin in it and it pricked her finger...they never did go back and explain any of that...

The dream theory would tie into that whole pillow thing....it said something about sleeping. If it was all a dream how could the story carry through until December, would Jennifer still be pregnant? So many questions.

Not anymore his character was killed off of OLTL already. The reason they didn't show his picture was because at the time, he wasn't on contract with DOOL.

I think it would hysterical if it was all a dream, just have Marlena wake up and look at John and say geez, I just had the worst nightmare. lol

Yeah!! I am so glad to see everyone coming back. I am wondering one thing though. If Cassie is not coming back, do you think they will write Rex out? Maybe time will re-set itself to before the 'aliens' landed.

Who's matt?! I'm honestly not TOO surprised, I think days got a grip on the fact that their fanbase was getting p/o'd because everyone was getting killed off, so they hired them back up. I sure wouldn't want to watch anymore if it's only going to be the teeny boppers. That's my theory anyway.

What's interesting about Cassie not being rehired--in all of Marlena's flashbacks, I don't remember any of her killing Cassie. Did I miss that? It made me wonder if Jan actually killed Cassie.

Like someone else posted, how can everyone come back in May when this is suppose to continue into Dec.? I'm wondering if maybe Marlena dreams she didn't kill anyone and they'll be back on and then in Dec. she wakes up and realizes she really did kill them and of course they'll be off the show again. That would be something that has never been done before, as JER has been saying this storyline will be.
