My wife is getting a bouns from work and we are thinking about taking a trip the DL right after new years. I know new years itself is one of the busiest days of the year but how about the days right after that? How long after New yers do the crowds usually start getting smaller? Its not a huge deal to us but I want to be prepared if its still very crowded that whole week with New years being on a Tuesday.
Right now we are thinking of driving down on the first, being in the parks on the 2nd through the 5th and driving home on the 6th. Found a good price at the motel 6 anaheim maingate (weve stayed there before and dont mind the walk) for those dates and will buy the costco tickets next week when we get paid.
