Princess Breakfast at Epcot. Had to for my 10 yr. old daughter. Very good food, wait staff was wonderful, we had many seconds. Character interaction was nice and loved the princesses staying in their characters. Belle even tried to shut a crying kid up and was successful. (Went way beyond her duty as far as we were concerned!) Aurora was beautiful. Daughter was very pleased. Hubbie didn't complain, tho it was a bit pricey... A- for food, B for price

Beaches and Cream for lunch while daughter and hubbie swam. I wasn't impressed. Very small inside, so we ordered out. They messed up the order (we ended up with more than we wanted), but it was pretty good. We are a little jaded, I'm afraid. We have a Johnny Rockets nearby and this was no better and more expensive. Really couldn't understand what everyone was raving about... C

Yachtsmen Steakhouse for dinner. Hubbie was very pleased. He had a nice steak with Bourbon. My daughter and I had prime rib and it was tough. Hubbie would give it an A, I would give it a B-. Rather expensive too. Desserts were great tho. My Creme Brulee was to die for... Great service. Overall B, but pricey...

Thursday, Thankgiving...

Ate in the room for breakfast and had pastry snacks at MGM. They weren't cheap!

Lunch at Sci Fi. Movies were cute. Didn't mind sitting in front of hubbie (maybe he did). He had ribs and said they were good. Daughter had kid's chicken and I had kid's burger. Overall, pretty good, but not cheap. Again, Johnny Rockets is better. I suppose you're there for the atmosphere more... Now we can say we did it, won't have to do it next time. C

Dinner at Le Cellier. A truly wonderful meal. We both had the cheese soup and loved the prezel sticks. Waiter was great. Hubbie and daughter lvoed their steaks. I had turkey. I probably should have gotten something else. Desserts were great. Creme Brulee (see a pattern?) was great. Daughter loved the chocolate mousse in the shape of a moose. Full and happy. Pretty reasonably priced. A

Friday. Ate breakfast in the room. Lunch outside the compound at Giordano's for pizza. VERY good. Filling and MUCH cheaper than staying at Disney. If you have a car, go for it! A (Leftovers for the next day too!)

Dinner at Palio at the Swan. We enjoyed this very much. Wait staff very nice. Food was excellent. Hubbie had veal, daughter had chicken, I had some pasta with lobster (they sub-ed the tortellini to regular pasta which was nice). Desserts were great. Daughter had some chocolate thing and I had something great, but forgot what at the moment. Oh well... Violinist started to play as we left. "Fiddler on the Roof" and "Beauty and the Beast." Very pleased here, A-. (Thank God, we got a 20% discount with DVC tho. It would have been pricey...)

Last day to come in a separate post...
