I don't know about you guys, but I am struggling to adjust to Daylight Savings Time this year. I can't fall asleep on time and am completely drained. I'm also getting headaches from the lack of sleep. Ugh! Anyone else having trouble? :confused3

I never get used to it. I'm waiting for November so I can catch back up on my sleep.

It is getting to me too.:headache: I am subbing every day this week and can't even get a nap in.

I HATE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!
(just incase there was any doubt).

Thankfully I haven't had any headaches, but I have been really dragging since the time change. It is hard to go to bed at night, and hard to get up in the morning.

I'm fed up with it. I say end all this switching the clocks back and forth. It's silly and there is no reason. The days are going to get longer no matter what time you call it. Just pick one way or the other and stick with it. I just don't see the point.

I woke up at 3:00 am and couldn't get back to sleep.
Then had two and a half hours of dental work before going to work.

I am tired, headachey.

Took two pills and am going to bed, hopefully to sleep.

My preference is to have more light at the end of the day, when I am awake.

I agree, Lyn. I really enjoy seeing the sun stay out do late. I rather it stay this way. My mother even said last night that they should do away with DST. It's just not needed anymore.

Nikki, you are not alone...I haven't felt good since the change.....It normally takes me a couple of weeks to adjust

It took me about two days, but I'm better now. Running outside last night while it was still light out was amazing and well worth the minor hassle.

I have had a really hard time this year. I don't know why. I am so tired in the morning, then i can't go to bed at night. It is just crazy this year. Usually do not have a problem. Maybe the older I get, the less changes I like.

We were talking about his at the bus stop! We are all having a hard time! Even my youngest who never has sleep issues is struggling a bit to get at sleep! I was awake until midnight lat night which is very unlike me (just ask my husband)! Today I have a borderline migraine and the kids have a half day of school and I'll be watching a neighbor's kid for awhile this afternoon. Thanks for letting me vent!

This is one TIGGER without her bounce!

I have never reacted so badly to DST, but this year is awful! My son isn't handling it too well either which makes it even worse! Thankfully no headaches yet.

I'm struggling as well. Usually it doesn't bother me, but I'm having such a hard time this year. Can't get to sleep at night and can't get up in the morning. No headaches though.

I do like having more sunlight at the end of the day also.

I wonder, since so many people say they usually don't have an issue, if it has more to do with the Earth's axis being thrown off by the earthquake/tsunami than the time change. It's only a millisecond, but could be.

I work in a preschool so not only am I dealing with adjusting to daylight savings but I could swear it's been a full moon all week with how hard its been for the kids struggling to adjust.

It's taken me until the middle of the week to get over the time switch. Last week I was in Wisconsin on business and my body really objected to the gain an hour, lose an hour and then lose another hour.

I'm not really sure day light savings time is worth it. The extra weeks introduced last year are just an extra hassle.

Ditto! My preschool class' parents have all said their children are having a hard time with the time change. It shows!

The older I get the harder it is for me to adjust to any changes. Daylights Savings, Travel Time Changes, etc...............hmmm, did I just admit that I'm getting old. :goodvibes
