DD--5, Katelyn aka "Danger Girl", that's all I have to say about that
DD--3, Jennifer, thought she was a danger girl, turns out she's the princess that could feel the pea under 50 mattresses!
DS--1, Zachary Zebra, gotta love him, he's the baby
Cocoa Beach, Friday and Saturday
Orlando, Sat night-Tuesday afternoon
After our crazy evening at DtD we were ready for some fun at MK. We began our day early with a ps for 8:05 at Tony's. We stayed offsite at the Amerihost so we left just after 7am to make sure we got there right at 7:30 to catch the earliest monorail. We parked in the first row, 3rd spot...walked across to the TTC and up the ramp. There were only about 20 people up there. We waited 10 min and the monorail came. After arriving at MK and getting through bag check we waited at the PS turnstiles...and got to enjoy some jokes (I think they were supposed to be jokes) until opening time. We then split up...DH and Baby Z to get our double stroller, me DS, DDs to get DS birthday button. This thing turned out to be WONDERFUL!!! He got so much attention and many nice comments.
We then headed to Tony's for our breakfast. I should have paused long enough for someone to take our picture of empty MS with the castle...but was too excited about breakfast to think of it. Breakfast was okay. I had the healthy choice, the rest had the normal breakfast. Our CM was great....after the 3rd time asking for more bacon he just brought out a huge dish of it!! The characters were fairly good...our food was there almost as soon as we sat down as were the characters, so it was awkward trying to get the books, pens, cameras out and having food on the table too. The table was decorated for Nicholas' bday and they gave him a card with all the characters autographs which he thought was great. We also asked for and got Joe, Tony, Lady, and the Tramps "autographs". Lady's is so cute with the heart!!! We did have yet another mishap with almost losing a child...read my other post...but this one was funny because it was Tigger trying to sneak Baby Z out with him!!! He would have gone too!! Unfortunately we barely missed the official opening with all of the characters coming in...but were able to meet Clopin on Main St.
Now we were off to Adventureland. I've always gone this way first...to hit Pirates. My cousin & I would buy a gun and go off to fight the pirates the first ride of the day. So it's tradition. But we rode Aladdin first, no wait, and they let DS8 and DD5 stay on and ride again (yea bday button). Then it was over to Jungle Cruise, Pirates, and then the Tiki Room. Next we made our way around to Frontierland. I still cannot get the jumping around the park thing...from one ride ALL THE WAY over to the other side for another ride. I'm one of those "do everything in one place and then move on" people. Maybe when the kids are older and move on their own power!
DD5 was ready for Splash Mtn, so we pretty much walked around and got right onto a boat. I'd never been on the one at WDW, just DL, and that was years ago, so this was a blast. Her face in the picture is priceless. Unfortunately, the tall guy in front of me COMPLETELY covered me up!!! Now I
