Well im going to do a day one check in. I woke up this morning and weighed myself and now I'm off to get ready for work.

One thing that weighs on my mind is how much more it seems like I am going to be eating, i rarely eat 3 meals a day. In my mind Im thinking Im going to be gaining.

Also I weigh 184 now so im starting with 24 points, hopefully that is right. When do I go down to 22?

Im glad you are all here to support me, I dont get alot of that from my husband. He thinks continuosly saying should you be eating that, is support. However, since he doesnt think I can do WW stick to it and lose weight, I talked him into giving me $500.00 for a new wardrobe when I reach my goal.
 
Can I just say I feel like I am reading about myself in your post?
I weigh 184lbs and just started the SBD last week. My husband is totally the same way. I feel like every time he asks if "should you be eating that" it makes me want to eat it even more. He also doesn't think that I can stick with my diet. But he does have good reasons for this as I have never stuck with anything before. Ugh it drives me insane. :crazy:
Anyway best of luck. We can do this! You can do anything if you put your mind to it.
