Day One of our Disney Trip May 21, 2004

Nephew: Nick
Niece1: Katie
Arrived at Disneys Pop Century at 2:15pm , dropped our bags off with luggage assistance then parked in the Check-in area. Only had to wait about 5 minutes then we where assisted with checking in by CM Linda, she was very helpful and let my niece pick which building to stay in. We ended up in the 50s building on the forth floor overlooking the bowling pin pool ,great parking close by and great room. Our luggage had already been delivered when we arrived at room.
At check-in I asked if Tyler was working and one of the Cm's said I just saw him, I'll run find him....So I did get to meet Tyler this trip (missed him last March) Tyler was so sweet, and is a cutie pie...
We had a few hours before my DN arrived from Gainesville so Katie and I took a quick trip down to the pool area and Classic Hall to check out the food court. Katie decided she needed a temporary tattoo of a fairy, and a hair wrap $$. My DN called around 4:00pm and was in the parking lot so we meet him then had something to eat from the food court No visits planed to any of the parks because we had a special surprise for Katie.
A few days before our trip I received a PM from dlstc Diana had invited me to join her family on their Wishes Cruise on Friday night May 21. We drove over to The Wilderness Lodge, I have never seen the lodge as busy as it was the week-end of the ½ Iron man the parking lot was full and cars where parking anywhere they could find an open space. We met Diana along with several other Disers(Sorry I dont remember their names) we left from the marina at WL and headed for the Seven Seas Lagoon this cruise was wonderful all aboard enjoyed themselves, if you ever have this opportunity please go. The fireworks are just so beautiful and you can also see them reflected over the water.

(all children under the age of 12 are required to wear life vest)
After saying thank you and good-bys we headed back over to Pop Century for a swim then to bed, EMH at MGM Studios in the am and the WL DIS Meet.
