Day Guest and EEHs?

We’re heading down to WDW for 9 nights at the end of July/beginning of August, 2 at the Sports and 7 at the Contemporary.

A friend of ours is joining us for half of the trip. We added her to the Sports reservation as she’ll be there for both nights, but we’d figured we’d just add her as a day guest for the Contemporary as she’ll only be joining for three nights out of seven.

However, we have the opportunity to do EEHs at Epcot and MK while she’s with us. Will she be able to join in for EEHs as a day guest or would we need to add her to the full reservation?

You would need to add her to the Contemporary reservation as an overnight guest.

More than 2 adults in the room results in an extra charge per night. If adding her results in an extra charge, you may be able to get the extra night charge removed for the 4 nights she isn't there by visiting the front desk.

A day guest does not receive privileges and based on what I was told in May, it is basically for a door key.

She needs to be on your reservation if she is sleeping in the room. You can add her for just the nights she will be there. We've done that almost every trip, as my daughter's friend comes and goes on our trips
