Day after rain day crowds

Do crowds tend to be abnormally large the day after a rain day? Today looks like a washout, tomorrow might be somewhat better. Wait times are very low today, but will tomorrow be nuts if the weather is better?

We went right after Hurricane Irma and did a MNSSHP. It was sold out due to the fact that the previous party was cancelled. so I can imagine it will have some effect.

I don't think weather the previous day plays any part in crowds the following day.

A full on hurricane or an event where vacations are rescheduled, yea..but not just a day of rain
