Davy Crockett stoller tag

We are taking my son on his first trip to Disneyland in June for the opening of Carsland and I was wondering if anyone ever done a Davy Crockett themed stroller tag? I want to put a Davy Crockett/Frontierland themed stroller tag on our orange bob stroller that says "Davy, King of the Wild Frontier" or something like that with images of Davy Crockett or Mickey dressed as Davy Crockett.

Any help either with a disign or pointing me in the right direction to find an already done disign I would appreciate it.
