We're celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday at WDW in May. I'm planning for us to have breakfast at CRT after she has an appointment at BBB, but I thought I might want to have a back-up plan in the chance that we can't get into CRT.

So, I'm looking for other suggestions. I'm looking for somewhere in MK... as I'm not wanting to hop parks, but if it's necessary... I can add it.

Doesn't have to be breakfast either.

If it's re-opened in May I would try Crystal Palace then. I'm sure your DD would love it.

Have you ever done BBB before? We just did it with our DD4 on 11/3 and it was sooooo wonderful. All day walking around the parks my DD was greeted by the characters as "Hi Princess!", "How are you Princess?"...add to that the birthday pin your daughter will get and she will be showered with attention all day long. She will LOVE it!

Not breakfast, but I'd recommend the Cinderella dinner at 1900 Park Faire. These were taken a few years back:

THis was '05 and the character interaction was great. The birthday girl received a cupcake from Prince Charming, along with a signed placemat. She als received a birthday tiara. Older DD also received a non birthday tiara.

Crystal Palace is really fun for kids and great food too! It's Pooh characters. The kids have a parade with the characters. Good for bf, lunch, and dinner so you should be able to get a reservation. It's really great!

I also vote for Cinderella dinner at 1900 park fare. We have been twice, and love the food and the character interaction!

Thanks for the suggestions :)

We haven't done BBB before, but I think she'll love it! This is our first trip to WDW  I've ordered her an Ariel dress from Boutique Ollie Girl on Etsy, she's going to flip when we pull it out for her!

Ok... another question.

If we do dinner at 1900 Park Fare, how much of a hassle is it going to be to go from MK to 1900 Park Fare for dinner, and then CBR (our resort)? I think after dinner we'd probably call it a day and head back to the resort, if the kids are tired.

Entering it in on the DIS trandportation information thing, it says using Disney transport it would take 90 minutes to get from CBR to GF... assume it would be the same going back from GF to CBR, right? (I tried entering it in that way, and nothing came up). Will it really take 90 minutes?

I'd use the MK as a hub. From MK, take the resort launch for GF and the Poly. GF is your first stop, super short little boat ride. To get "home" that evening, launch back to the MK, then short walk to the bus lines. The resort launch, IMO, is a lot quicker than the monorail.

ETA, your daughters are precious!
