Date Based Tickets - am I totally sunk?

I took our family DH + 3 kids plus one future SIL in December. I bought the tickets via Undercover Tourist - used them many times and great service except this time. We did buy 2 get 3 bonus days. Then DD was sick, our travel got delayed and we did not ever get to Universal. I have 6 of these tickets. Is my money and hope of showing DH Universal sunk? Will any of these tickets be useable ever? Anyone know??

I haven't used them personally but I'm thinking I've read from others that have used them that you can get a 95% refund within one year of purchase from Undercover Tourist.

I'm getting conflicting information, the ticket purchase required I put a date in. The first person said the tickets were non-refundable as if 21 days before the first date noted, but the tickets were never used, I bought 3 days got 2 free for six of us. I'd be ok with 95% or if they will let me use the cost of the 3 days bought towards tickets for a different time since it was a promo offered. But flushing it down the tank hurts a lot. This was a dream trip for my adult kids.

Hopefully someone who has been in your situation with that ticket vendor can be more helpful - or maybe try talking to a
different person at Undercover Tourist?

We had to cancel and they told me the date based can be used anytime, however, I do not remember if these were the buy 2 days get 3 free, that may definitely have an end date but it usually is a good amount of time. I called Undercover and got this info and we were able to use the tickets for a trip almost a year later for my sister!

As stated above, UT will refund 95% according to their policy stated on website.

Realize you did buy from UT, however, in the past…

U has permitted those who bought unused tix thru them to be converted into new tix at GS. Basically, being able to apply the $ amount paid (not the “value” of free days etc) towards a higher priced ticket.

Have you tried calling or chatting/email with U to inquire if possible?
