database errors starting at 4am EDT everyday?

What happens that there is an hour of downtime every day? I happen to work different hours and this is prime use the forum time for me

Can I volunteer my time and expertise to give back and help remove the need to be down an hour every day?

@Accident many many of us have been complaining about this over the last few months but the answer from the admins has been that the forum needs this this daily downtime and the time they have decided on for the 90 minute plus downtime is when there is least amount of people on the website.

It happens for me 9am to 10.30am every day, apparently us Europeans and those Americans like you who are night owls are low priority and the admins dont care if we cant get on the DIS!!

I doubt they like it and I'm 99% sure I know what it is so I dm'd webmasterkathy with the 1 second fix if it's what I think it is. If that's not it, my offer to volunteer to help with this situation to give back to the boards is on the table.
