Dashboard Problems

Its been three days and i still can't access my dashboard, its saying my password or email is wrong and i've gone through the lost password thing and it hasnt sent me an email.

I hope someone who has insight on this can answer. Our DD & her DBF both have had this problem signing in dashboard to apply (both applied for fall CP, neither accepted). Same situation including a lost password reset request without a response email.

Hope Disney doesn't stop accepting applications until this gets resolved, I'm worried they will.
