DAS with reopening

We woke up to a cool rainy day. We had a good night at downtown Disney and slept at the GCH. Slowly heading to the park by 10 hopefully. Love going with a 20 something on the laid back plan.
 
Reviving this thread as we are on our trip now (yay) but really struggling with using DAS (boo).

Anyone know where the kiosks are in DCA? Or finding that things aren't matching what the map in the app says for where they should be. We had an incredibly frustrating afternoon with DS melting down for about 2 hours. If the umbrellas aren't all blue, how can you tell which kiosks are which?

Also is there a kiosk in Avenger's Campus? Or nearby. We tried to use our DAS at Web Slingers (at our boarding group time) but no one seemed to be able to tell us where to go to get the return time and that whole experience kicked off the long meltdown.

I dont have the answers you are seeking, but am sorry you're experiencing meltdowns. It's a schelp, but is it possible to head to Guest Services and seek help there? Usually they seem to be all knowing about these things, and if they are not, they can find people who are. Having been in this situation before, I hope you find the peace you need.
 
Thank you for your kindness. I did find at least one guest relations kiosk in DCA this morning (across from the main entrance to Avenger's campus). They are hard to spot!

I do wish that they would make it clearer what the DAS procedures are when you are dealing with boarding groups. Even at ROTR we had had a hard time figuring out which person we needed to talk to.

But also thankful that we were able to ride both ROTR and web slingers. My biggest worry about this trip was that we wouldn't get to ride either.
