**Update - I am connected, I tried to delete thread but can't**
I connected to chat at 7:51am. I got an automatic response about pre registering 30 days in advance etc. I replied ok, it's within 30 days and my reservation number. There's been no movement or replies. Is this normal - am I still connected??

Unfortunately it has been a rather long wait (sometimes 5+ hours) for the DAS pre-registration video chat. Right now, you must be arriving Nov. 1st or later (maybe through Nov. 20th?); if your dates are outside that window they won't be able to help you at this time. There is a thread on the disABILITIES Forum tracking this.
