"DAS will usually be issued for up to 6 (5 plus the person with a disability)
    - Guest Relations will be able to make exceptions on a case by case basis, but will not be able to issue a DAS for more than 10.
    - for example, 7 for a family of 2 adults and 5 children; 7 for family of 2 parents, 3 children, Grandma and Grandpa. (This was done for GACs on a case by case, exception basis)
    - If a DAS is issued for more than 6, all members of the group must be present at the time the DAS is issued
    - issuing a DAS for more than 6 Aldo requires a supervisor to approve "

I have seen a few posts about names being written on the DAS. On our next trip we will be going as a really large group. We won't be asking for more than 6 people on the DAS, but the 7 year has autism and will be there with various siblings and cousins. Sometimes he will want to ride with particular people, and other times we will all split up in different groups. The groups may differ! So, do you have to write down particular people, or can it just be the name of the rider plus 5? How much flexibility will we be able to have when touring and who we can be with during the day?

They write he name of the DAS holder, but not the additional guests. Just the number.

The DAS has a name and a photo of the person named. If that person isn't with your group they won't let you through. They do not list the additional people's names.
