We are taking a co-parenting joint trip based around my disabled 7 y/o song. My family (wife, 3y/o daughter and myself), and then my Sons mother and her family (Mother, Step father, and their 3 y/o daughter)
My son was approved for DAS as was my sons stepfather. At the time of approval we were told both would be allowed to book passes, for both separately, one based around my son, and another based around his step father.
When we pre booked our rides for the first two, it appears they put both my son and stepfather under the same booking, making it so we can only bring 4 other people. With us being a mixed family this clearly doesn't cover the amount of people we have.
Is this normal? Or should it have gone the way the first person we spoke to said?
