You have to go to GR and talk to the cm about why you can not wait in lines Mobility problem normily do not get a das. If you get a das you go to the ride and ask for a return time. The return time is wait time -10 minutes then you go back on the FP line
That’s kind of the ‘everything FAQs’ thread. Only the first post is kept up to date.
For the real short FAQs, Disney has a very short FAQs Disney World website DAS info.
The wait time is based on the posted wait time for the attraction. That would be posted at the attraction entrance or in the My Disney Experience app.
The wait will generally be about 20 minutes less than the posted wait time in the Standby Line for the attraction you got a Return Time for.
When you return, the aim is to be 10-15 minutes or less, but it can be longer if it’s really busy or there is some kind of delay on the ride.
When you arrive at WDW you will go to Guest Relations at one of the 4 parks (you only need to go once during your trip) and explain to them why waiting in line is difficult.
The person who is given the DAS will have their picture taken with the DAS.
Then when you approach the entrance to an attraction tell the Cast Member you have a DAS and they will give you a time to return to the attraction usually 10 less than the wait time for that attraction.
The person with the DAS has to ride the attraction
You can only have one DAS at a time
While you’re waiting:
You can get a snack during this time, do a little shopping
people watch .. always fun.
Or if a nearby attraction has a short wait time you can go there (not using your DAS)
