DAS during EMH?

Is it possible to get DAS return times during EMH? If we got a return time earlier in the day, could we still use it during evening EMH?
Not sure what wait times are typically like during EMH, if DAS is simply not necessary or if it's available at these times.

I have gotten a return time a number of times for rides during EMH and the Halloween party without quest. Buzz and EE was the only two I was told no at and at EE a maniger ran after me to tell me that I could get a return time when the CM told me no.

Some people will come on and say of course you can get one - others will state that since FP isn't in play then no, there's no access. It's really going to depend on the CMs and the crowds.

I have gotten wheelchair return times during early entry at Disneyland for Peter Pan and Alice when those lines have been backed up and longer than 10 minutes. I can't say we have tried the DAS though, but would assume I could for the same reason.

IF a CM grants you a return time (as mentioned, that can be hit or miss during time periods when there aren't fastpasses in use) - you can basically return anytime AFTER the return time. However, you can only have one DAS return time active at a time, so if you were to set up a return time in the morning without using it until late in the day, you could not set up a DAS return time for any other ride during the day.

As far as whether you could set up a return time early in the day and then use it during evening EMH when there were no fastpasses, that's again pretty hit or miss depending on the CM.

I find ride with rider swap really good at doing it since they also have to let people with kids that are too small ride some how
