You can also get them at the blue umbrella guest assistance locations in the parks. It took a bit to convince our son that it might be handy occasionally. (There is a lot going on with him but he’s 19 and doesn’t want special accommodations.) So we didn’t get it right away. We got ours in Toy Storyland. We were also asked if that is what we needed when we walked up to one in MK to ask a question.
