Dang It...I had to ruin my own surprise for DH!

We had a studio booked at one resort but when the 30% promo hit I was able to book a 1 Bedroom Villa plus get money back at a different Resort. I told DH & DS of the resort change but kept hushed about the 1 bedroom aspect. I was getting DH linked on the app and totally forgot it showed the room booking. I thought it just showed the dates and resort name. So when DH was asking me if the 1 Bdrm still meant a studio I decided to come clean and tell him no, it's REALLY a 1 bedroom. Dang I am no good at secrets and I was going SO GOOD since I made that change back in October! DRATS!

Well, I hope he had the decency to be excited about the change! BTW you know what they say - it’s hard to go back to a studio after you’ve enjoyed a 1 bedroom.....

Oh he is thrilled beyond belief, mainly b/c "normal vacays" consist of two queen beds in one room. He made the comment about "we get REAL privacy on vacation this time??" LOL MEN!

Well, it’s @crisi who coined the term “nookie tax” used on the DVC boards to explain the extra point cost of a 1 bedroom (or larger) vs. a studio. We have always gladly paid it. Your husband isn’t the only one!
